About Us

The Maduro Room was opened for business in February of 2007 by Grady Marsh.  Since that time, we have constantly expanded our offerings, added three new employees and had an ownership change. While we stock cigars in all price ranges, you won't find any low-rate cigars in our humidors. If there's a brand that you would like to see us carry, please let us know, as we are always open to your ideas and suggestions!  Mike Falls is the owner, and prides himself on keeping the humidors well-stocked and the store clean.. Mike was the store manager for six years before eventually purchasing the business from Grady in October of 2013. Jim Skoler works part-time for us, mostly at night and on the weekends. Jim works full-time for TD Bank in the IT department. Travis Jordan also works part-time for us.  Travis is a long-time customer of ours turned employee!  Travis is retired, and works during the day and helps us out on nights and weekends.  And last but not least is Bob Lytle. Bob, like Travis, is a customer turned employee. Bob is retired from the health care management field, so he works during the day and some nights.  Please stop by the store and let any of us know how we may assist you!  We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you!
